The 300,000kw wind power project of Huaneng Tuquan, located in Tuquan county of Hinggan League in Inner Mongolia autonomous Region, recently completed the installation of equipment. With a total investment of 1.8 billion yuan, the project will generate 900 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually and reduce 750,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually, and will become a new engine for local green and low-carbon development when it is put into operation.
